GARLIC SIZING AND BULBS PER POUND

Sizing measurements are based on diameter from widest points. Our culinary bulk per pound garlic is a mixed size offering. Every bulb is carefully cleaned and inspected. The old farmer’s adage, “the bigger the clove, the bigger the plant” is true, however, remember that your soil fertility and growing conditions impact plant size too. Happy growing!
